Shipping & Returns

Freight Policy:

Orders are shipped via UPS Ground and charged a flat fee of $12.50 per order (Residential deliveries may be shipped with UPS Surepost). Refused shipments are subject to a $25.00 reshipping fee. Address correction fee is $17.00 per package. Shipment redirect fee is $23.00 per package.

z.one concept is not responsible for stolen or lost packages at the delivery address (or if the wrong delivery address is provided by the customer). All packages are shipped with no signature required and may be left unattended at the delivery address at which point it becomes full responsibility of the customer. Customers should work with the delivery company and/or police if their shipment is lost or stolen.

Return Policy:

z.one concept will provide a full value company credit for any item returned within 30 days of receipt. All items returned must be in re-sellable condition (unopened and without stickers or permanent markings). Credit will be applied to your z.one account upon receipt of goods. Value of credit will be calculated by last price paid per item.

z.one concept will charge a 20% restocking fee for any item returned within 31 – 60 days of receipt, and is in re-sellable condition. Company credit will be applied to your z.one account upon receipt of goods. Value of credit will be calculated by the last price paid per item. Please contact your sales representative prior any returns. Returns must be accompanied by a copy of your original invoice.

z.one concept will not accept any items for return after 60 days of receipt. Promotional products, new intro prepacks, or seasonal prepacks are non-refundable. Discontinued items, including items in legacy packaging, are non-refundable.

Product Exchanges

Defective items, products damaged as a result of shipping, as well as products received in error will be exchanged and shipped at no cost.

Payment Policy:

All orders must be prepaid before shipping. z.one concept accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express cards as payment for orders. All credit card disputes are subject to a $25.00 fee.

Internet Sales:

Sale of z.one concept products on any third party website is strictly prohibited and will result in termination of your z.one concept USA account. Third party websites are defined as, but not limited to, Amazon, Walmart and eBay.

Back Orders:

z.one concept takes every measure possible to never back order any product. In the event an item is back ordered, z.one concept will ship the item once available with no additional freight fee.
