What are Beauty Insights?

In the beginning, there were hair collections. They were highly stylized, beautifully shot model images with out-of-this world colors and textures. They were designed to both inspire stylists and educate them on upcoming trends and techniques from the world of high fashion hair.  

The problem was, the looks and techniques presented in a collection didn’t always translate to real-world clients. This put a lot of work on you, the hair stylist, to bridge the gap. And while we made education available around the looks presented in collections, you had the option of following along with a series of photos and instructions OR tracking down a local hands-on class and paying sometimes a lot of money. 

We decided that this whole system could use some improvement. Introducing Beauty Insights—a fresh new take on the traditional collection. Beauty insights marks a. departure from dictating trends to be followed and instead draws inspiration from the end client. The result is a series of looks that are both inspirational AND directly wearable.  

Each of our Beauty Insight releases (which will happen multiple times per year) will come with corresponding digital education, available via our online education portal. The techniques and looks presented will always be designed to go straight from your device to your salon.  

Because it’s high time beauty got real.
