To even out the color before applying the color technique, preparation formula 1 was applied to the hair. Trace a cross-shaped separation.
STEP 2
Separate the hair horizontally from ear to ear over the occipital bone.
STEP 3
Starting from one side of the nape area, take a rear diagonal section, apply formula 1 at the base (to create a more delicate blended effect) over all the hair. Follow on by taking rear diagonal sections and applying formula 1 at the base on both rear sides.
STEP 4
Apply formula 1 over all the hair.
STEP 5
Starting from one side of the nape, create a zig zag section that’s approximately 1cm thick.
STEP 6
Using a milk_shake® colour board, apply formulas 2 and 3 vertically, alternating the two formulas, and apply over lengths and ends to create a highlighting strand effect.
STEP 7
Create zig zag sections and apply formulas 2 and 3 vertically, alternating the two formulas, and apply over lengths and ends on both rear sides.
STEP 8
Keep alternating formulas 2 and 3 on lengths and ends, until all the hair has been treated. Be creative, the order with which formulas 2 and 3 are applied to lengths and ends can be varied.
STEP 9
After the processing time, rinse, cleanse and condition the hair using milk_shake® colour specifics products.
