Jaclyn Lopes is a National Educator for milk_shake pro North America and a member of the prestigious, Art Team. She regularly attends International trainings in Milan, Italy, to be inspired by the latest cutting and coloring techniques. A very sought after Facilitator, Jaclyn travels extensively throughout North America, delivering high level Education and inspiring stylists at all levels.

Along with Facilitating, Jaclyn is co-owner of a very successful salon in Massachusetts and has been a professional stylist for 10 years.

Sarah has been in the Beauty Industry for over 13 years. Over the course of Sarah’s career she has managed several salons, as well as having her own. Sarah represents milk_shake pro as Color Ambassador for North America. She has a passion for continuing her own education as well as educating other stylists and seeing excitement grow in our industry.

Sarah’s dedication to our industry and education has allowed her to be successful in providing all color, cutting, and styling services to the industry. Sarah makes it her mission to stay up on current trends in order to be able to provide the best education possible for stylist of all levels.

Beginning a journey in the performing arts, led Sarah into the world of beauty achieving many personal goals in her career, including National Educator status.

Sarah opened her own salon in 2010, winning several awards in recognition of her salon excellence and business expertise. Always striving, Sarah engaged with milk_shake pro and realized the platform was set to achieve her greatest ambitions, rapidly rising to National Educator level with milk_shake pro.

A graduate of the Fine Arts program at Niagara College and Marvel Beauty School in London, Ontario, Charlene has spent 16 years working in the Industry as a salon coordinator, hairdresser, sales consultant and most passionately as an Educator. She has a reputation of delivering information in a humorous yet concise and relatable manner. Charlene's own quest for knowledge is surpassed only by her desire to share that knowledge to grow fellow stylists.

Melissa is a graduate of Barton’s College of Cosmetology in Kingsport, Tennessee and has spent the last 25 years working in the Industry as a salon owner, stylist, sales consultant, educator and Director of Education for Economy Beauty Supply. Melissa’s salon, Get the Look Salon & Day Spa located in Gray, TN, has won numerous awards and recognitions for striving to be the best. Whether on stage or in a classroom setting, Melissa has the ability of sharing information in a “Down to Earth” manner allowing her audience the optimum learning experience. Melissa considers herself a “forever student” in the pursuit of sharable knowledge.

Dolly has an extensive portfolio of experience, spanning more than 20 year in
the professional hair industry. Originally from Puerto Rico, Dolly came to the USA to pursue her dreams and achieve her goal of becoming a recognized and respected authority with hair color. Over the past decade Dolly has focused on intense Education, continuing to support salons and stylists with her very detailed knowledge of color, together with a high level of product use & awareness. This has developed into Dolly being the 'Voice' behind the milk_shake 'Hotline'. A truly valuable service to the industry, a role Dolly serves with great passion and distinction.

Gerard Caruso serves as the Creative Director, international spokesperson and featured platform artist for milk_shake International. from the very early days in his career, Gerard has enjoyed 25+ years in the industry and has become an award-winning and celebrated hair designer in his own right.

Entrepreneur and Creative Director of Salon G in Hackensack N.J. allows Gerard to stay connected to both the Stylist and consumers needs and wants. Whether Gerard is consulting behind the chair of his salon, on the Set of a Photo shoot, behind the scenes for fashion week, or Simply Creating styles for media attention he is passionately dedicated to the art of hairdressing.

Gerard travels the world teaching a synergistic approach to milk_shake pro’s cut, color and style, and makes it his personal mission to ensure that the voice of the stylist is at the forefront of everything that they represents. Gerard’s extraordinary creative talent, coupled with his strong leadership abilities and passion for mentoring others, has earned him the respect of his peers and the admiration of stylists around the world.
