4 Ways To Utilize milkshake Smoothies Intensifier Shades

milk_shake Smoothies is a delicate and nourishing semi-permanent color, ammonia free, that gives incredible shine and vibrant color. The most amazing part of the Smoothies Intensifier series is the possibilities are endless. The colors you can create are limitless.
1. PASTELS:
The ever-growing trend of pastels is now SO much easier to create with milk_shake Smoothies Intensifier shades. To achieve a wide range of pastel tones, form the base of your formula with Smoothies Specials – Powder and/ or Pearl. Add 1 to 5 grams of chosen Intensifier depending on the mixture, thickness of the hair and outcome desired. Have fun, mix them together and create amazing custom shades.
Be creative! You can achieve so much more than just pastel blue pink orange and yellow. Have fun, mix them together and create some amazing custom shades. Formulate a Smokey Peach, Metallic Lavender, or a Seafoam Green, with these 4 milk_shake Smoothies Intensifier shades you can make it all. When trying to achieve a smoky, cool toned, or metallic pastel it is recommended up to 50% of your base to be Smoothies Special Silver.
2. FASHION TONES:
The possibilities to create vibrant tones with the Smoothies Intensifier shades are endless. Depending on how vibrant or deep you wish your fashion tone to be, mix only the Intensifiers or add them to other Smoothies shades. Almost any color you dream up is possible by adding the 4 Intensifiers to the Specials or any other Smoothies shades.
For example for Mulberry Wine color mix 3 parts Red + 1 part Blue. Another example to create a Navy Blue, mix 4 parts Blue + 1 part Smoothies Special Silver. For a vibrant metallic or smoky shade it is recommended to add Smoothies Special Silver, up to a maximum 50% of your color formula. Milkshake is all about having fun and being creative. Smoothies Intensifiers offer the opportunity to produce inspirational fashion looks.
3. CORRECTORS:
If your client’s hair has a strong or underlying orange tone that is in need of correcting, add up to 1g of Blue to your formula. Utilize the Blue Intensifier if you are trying to achieve that perfect white. Reference the color wheel and use the opposite color to correct the unwanted tones. When using the intensifiers to correct, it is recommended to keep a close eye on your client's hair. Use your best judgment based on the integrity and porosity of your client's hair. Please note, more porous hair will absorb 'cooler' tones faster.
4. INTENSIFY TONES:
Have you ever wished for a tone to be a little brighter? Now you can achieve bright and more intense copper, red, and violet! By adding Intensifiers into your formula, you’re putting in more tone with no level. Recommended mix ratio of Intensifiers is up to 50% your color formula, depending on intensity of desired outcome. The 4 intensifiers will intensify any shade in the milk_shake Smoothies collection by adding more warmth to the exotic series or greater intensity to Mahogany.
